Anomotion is searching for an experienced Software Engineer to develop an enterprise animation product for use in factory and assembly line planning applications. In this role you will solve complex problems and help develop an industry leading, easy to use animation that allows high level direction of virtual characters. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user workflows and software interfaces to support these workflows
  • Integrate animation technologies and improve existing API
  • Implement and improve existing build systems
  • Participate in core animation feature development design sessions to inform API design decisions
  • Work together with a team of experienced engineers while assisting with continuous improvement of coding practices with tools such as JIRA, Git, Perforce etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or math/physics
  • 4+ years professional programming experience with C++
  • Experience with real-time 3D game engines or simulations (nice to have)
  • Experience with animation state machines, low-level animation systems, machine learning algorithms and/or physics-based IK systems (nice to have)
